Registration
for new siblings and IHM
parishioners will take place in
October for admission the following
year. This is done to ascertain the
number of available spaces for
newcomers. |

IHM Sunday bulletin. |

registrants must provide a copy of
the child's birth and baptismal
certificates and previous school
records, if any. |

A
non-refundable registration fee of
$200 must accompany each
application. |

A
non-refundable general activity fee
of $500 is required per child. |

Currently
enrolled families and parishioners
shall be given preference if there
are limited spaces available for new
students. |

|
Open Houses
are held in October and January.
School tours will be conducted and
information about IHM School will be
distributed to interested families. |

GENERAL FEE:
The General Fee for each child is $500
per year. This non-refundable
fee must be paid at the time of registration or
re-registration. This fee covers textbooks,
workbooks, insurance, computer and science lab
fees, computer repairs, service and maintenance,
recorders for Music (Grades 2/3), planner books
(Grades 3-8), SIS Report Cards etc. The amount
of money allotted to each child for books by New
York State is very limited and does not cover
the expenses for each child.

Supporter Rate:
applies to families who support IHM Church
financially with the annual minimum mandatory
contribution. This contribution is due before
Dec. 31st of the previous calendar
year in order to qualify as a “supporter.”

New families must pay a one time only $200
non-refundable registration
fee per child. In addition, new families must
pay the first months tuition at the time of
registration. This tuition is
NON-REFUNDABLE.
IHM School uses the SmartTuition Company
to collect tuition. Tuition payments are made
quarterly or in 10 equal payments from June
through March. A late fee of $40 is attached to
late payments. Report Cards will be withheld if
tuition accounts are in arrears. |
